What is the difference between a fabric marker and a fabric paint marker?
Tulip Fabric Markers are permanent on fabric and work best on light colored fabrics. Tulip Fabric Paint Markers use a thicker, paint ink formula that works on dark and light-colored fabrics. These markers need to be shaken and pressed down on a flat surface before use in order to for the ink to saturate the nib.
