To celebrate 4th of July in your own fabulous DIY style, you’ll need some Tulip Color Products to help make it easy, fun and oh so colorful! Here are some product recommendations, but as always, feel free to explore other ideas too!
Welcome party guests with a doormat that has them seeing stars! (Or you can even place it in your backyard so guests can wipe their feet as they trek in and out of the house.) With some star stencils and ColorShot Fabric Spray Paint, you can turn a simple doormat into one you’ll want to put out every year for the 4th!
While you’re using ColorShot to add some flair to your doormat, you can also make a sign to hang on your door! Create your own freezer paper stencils or grab some at your favorite craft store for an easy way to add a favorite Independence Day phrase to a fabric banner. Pair it with a festive wreath or display on its own!
If you’re going to celebrate 4th of July with food and beverages (of course you are!), you’re going to need serving ware! Tulip Dimensional Paints adhere to glass and plastic, so you can easily paint stars, fireworks and more on pitchers to serve up drinks with a side of patriotism.
We love this napkin idea from Beijos Events, who got creative with handkerchiefs instead of traditional cloth napkins for a summery twist.
With some red and blue tie dye in any pattern you like, it’s such an easy way to add a patriotic pop of color to your table! Want to use paper napkins instead? Tie-dye handkerchiefs would make a fun party favor too!
Place settings aren’t a MUST to celebrate 4th of July, but they make for a festive table, and are also a great way to help guests mingle with each other while dining. Tulip Fabric Markers make it super simple to create fun name cards using stars or other themed designs.
With a table this star spangled to celebrate 4th of July, we wouldn’t be surprised if you claimed the title for host with the most from your other friends this year!
Don’t forget about dessert! When you’re whipping up those fun place settings, use your Tulip Markers to create a cool cake topper too!
Looking for fun activities for the kiddos (okay and grownups too) during your celebration? How about tie dye?! Everyone loves tie dye!
Have everyone bring their own cotton T-shirt to tie dye, then place each project in a sealable plastic bag to store for easy, mess-free transport home once finished.
