Supplies Needed:
100% cotton T-Shirts and tote bags
Aprons
Paper towels
Plastic tubs
Step 1: Prepare the glow party materials
Prepare your glow party materials for easy tie-dye fun! Give each person a pair of gloves (included in Tulip Tie-Dye Kits), an apron, and a plastic tub lined with paper towels for their tie-dye workstation. Prewash and dry the substrates to be dyed— for this project, Beijos Events is providing T-shirts and tote bags— and help your guests fold and bind their projects as desired.
Step 2: Prepare the dye solutions
Neon Dyes are ready to use— just shake and apply! For Glow Tie Dye, pour the contents for the glow powder packet into each dye bottle, then fill 1/2 of the dye bottle with room temperature water. Reattach the nozzle with cap on and shake well to integrate the powder and dye. Add mixer to fill the bottle to the neck, recap, and shake vigorously for a minimum of 1 minute or until the dye solution appears uniform.
Step 3: Apply dyes to fabric
Once the dyes are prepared, your glow party is ready to start! Let your guests apply dyes to their projects as desired to create vibrant neon outfits. Work the tip of the bottle into the fabric folds and use gloved hands to help the fabric absorb the dyes. Flip the project over and repeat applying dyes on the opposite side.
Step 4: Dry and launder the tie dye
Once all the dye has been applied, immediately remove the rubber bands and unfold the projects to reveal your glow and neon outfits! Allow the dyed projects to air dry completely for 24 hours or longer. Once the projects are completely dry, rinse with cool tap water to remove excess dye. Gently hand wash with cold water and a mild detergent and rinse thoroughly. Lay flat to air dry.
Step 5: Charge and shine!

Step into blacklight and watch your neon outfits shine! To charge glow tie dye, place the garment outside in the sunlight for 30-60 seconds or charge with indoor lighting. Turn off the lights to see your tie dye glow!
