Supplies:

- Tulip Puff Paint
- Aleene’s Fabric Fusion Permanent Adhesive
- Felt squares in various colors, scissors
- Needle
- Thread in complementary felt colors
- White polyester fiberfill
Step 1: Cut Out Felt Circles for Cookies

Hand cut your cookie shapes from your choice of felt color. Be sure to cut two identical shapes for each cookie so they can be stuffed.
Step 2: Cut Out All Felt Pieces for Cookies

Next cut the smaller decorative items for your cookies. This is a great project for kids too as it is perfect for learning cutting skills or imaginative play without using actual ingredients.
Step 3: Sew Together Felt Pieces for Stuffing

Now let’s bring your cookie to life by stitching the two pieces together. Place your top piece onto the bottom piece and begin bringing your needle up from the bottom then move your needle over a little and stick through both layers front to back. Continue sewing about 2/3 of the way around, leaving a small opening for stuffing with fiberfill.
Step 4: Stuff Felt Cookies with Fiberfill

Gently push fiberfill inside opening of cookie to fill cookie to desired size. Finish by sewing together the opening of the cookie.
Step 5: Glue on Felt Accents to Cookies

Use your felt glue to adhere all the fun accent felt pieces to give your cookies style!
Step 6: Add Puff Paint Details to Cookies

For the last sweet addition, use Puff Paint to add “frosting” and “icing designs to the tops of your cookies for added texture. Let dry.
And there you have it! Your very own stuffed felt cookie with “icing!” You’ve successfully created a delightful felt treat you can hold in your hand. Now you can “bake” a whole batch of felt treats. You can even try gingerbread friend shapes or other cookie types.
