What is Puff Paint?

Puff Paint is sometimes referred to as Dimensional Paint or 3D Paint, and is a special kind of multi-surface paint that dries with “puffy” or raised, dimensional effects. While many paints are brushed on and dry flat where ever they are applied (unless they are layered or mixed with other mediums to create texture), Puff Paints apply and dry puffy and dimensional. Simply wipe away the paint with a damp paper towel and start over.
